In Malaysia, other than authorised service centres appointed by car manufacturers, it is difficult to find fully equip and well run workshops that cater for exotic cars like Ferrari, Porsche, Lamborghini and luxury cars like BMW, Mercedes, Audi etc. Therefore, Automotive Performance Development Sdn Bhd (APD) was incorporated to meet this challenge.
APD is not just a workshop that offers maintenance and repair service, but is also a car tuning centre for performance and race cars. The motor industry is a challenging one, with technologies changing at a rapid rate. Acknowledging this challenge and aiming to be the best in the industry, APD have invested heavily in human capital, diagnostic tools and in clean and healthy work environment. In addition, heavy investments were made to secure dealerships for tuning systems and latest tools, to enable APD to offer the best solutions to our customers. 
APD has a state-of-the-art engine re-building facility with an engine disassembly room and an engine re-building room. They also have a Dyno Dynamics 4WD Dyno for Tuning and Testing purposes. They also have an in-house welding and fabrication room as well as a engineering and machining facility for customized parts.
APD also has a division that sells cars concentrating on high end imported cars at the sales centre in Glenmarie and budget cars at its Puchong showroom.
APD also sells and service tyres as well as having a state of the art paint shop that will provide quality paint job for its clients.
